Unilateral Deadlift

Game changing plays in team sports (football, basketball, rugby, baseball, etc.) rarely ever occur off of two legs.  While the power clean and dynamic squat are excellent exercises to improve strength and power, the lack the unilateral component that is vital in plays such as running and jumping for a ball.  Jason Cholewa demonstrates one way to train it with the unilateral dead lift.
